新一代人工智能技术迅猛发展，广泛而深刻地影响着全球企业的技术战略选择、新产品开发和商业模式构建，涌现出一系列极具时代特色的组织管理新现象、新议题、新理论和新方法。因此，以人工智能与管理创新为主题举办国际研讨会，有助于探讨在新一代人工智能时代管理创新的影响因素、演化路径和变革机制等内在规律，为企业更好应对人工智能带来的重大挑战和突破发展困境提供前瞻性指导。
本次论坛以“人工智能时代的管理创新”为主题，设立专题论文工作坊，并在会议主题报告之后举办平行论坛供论文作者汇报和交流，特向国内外专家学者和硕博士研究生征集英文论文。

征稿要求
征文须是原创的、尚未公开发表的英文论文。为便于匿名评审与联系，作者信息（姓名、单位、职务、职称、通讯地址、联系电话、电子邮箱等）请以中英文对照形式单独列于征文加拿大28开奖。
英文论文的格式请参照《Academy of Management Journal》或《Strategic Management Journal》的格式要求。
作者请于2024年11月10日前将征文电子版使用本人邮件地址发送至[email protected]，邮件主题命名为：“人工智能与创新管理国际论坛投稿--单位--姓名”，征文电子版文件名请标为：“征文主标题--学校--第--作者姓名--联系电话”（如未按此要求标注，将影响征文评审）。
论文遴选
征文结束后，会议秘书处将组织专家进行论文评审，并于会议开始7天前向作者发出论文入选通知及参会正式邀请函。
会议将从入选论文中遴选出3篇论文作为优秀论文，并进行表彰。
其他事项
本次会议不收会务费，参会嘉宾交通费和食宿费自理。会务组将按回执确定大家是否参会并进行会务安排。

The rapid development of new-generation artificial intelligence technology is profoundly influencing the technological strategic choices, new product development, and business model construction of global enterprises. It has given rise to a series of innovative organizational management phenomena, issues, theories, and methods characteristic of the era. Therefore, hosting an international symposium on the theme of "Artificial Intelligence and Innovation Management" will help explore the underlying patterns, evolutionary paths, and mechanisms of change in innovation management in the era of new-generation artificial intelligence. It aims to provide forward-looking guidance for businesses to better address the significant challenges brought by artificial intelligence and to break through development dilemmas.
This forum, themed "Innovation Management in the Age of Artificial Intelligence," will feature a special paper workshop and parallel forums for paper authors to present and exchange ideas after the keynote speeches. We are calling for English-language papers from domestic and international experts, scholars, and graduate students.

Submission Requirements
Papers must be original, unpublished English-language manuscripts. For the convenience of anonymous review and contact, please list the author's information (name, institution, position, title, correspondence address, telephone number, email, etc.) in both Chinese and English on the first page of the manuscript.
The format of the English papers should follow the style requirements of the "Academy of Management Journal" or the "Strategic Management Journal."
Authors are requested to send the electronic version of their manuscripts to [email protected] by November 10, 2024. The email subject should be named: "Artificial Intelligence and Innovation Management International Forum Submission - Institution - Name", and the file name should be labeled as: "Main Title - University - Author Name - Contact Number" (Failure to comply with this requirement may affect the review of the manuscript).
Paper Selection
After the submission deadline, the conference secretariat will organize experts to review the papers and will send out notifications of paper acceptance and formal invitations to attend the conference 7 days before the event.
The conference will select 3 papers from the accepted ones as outstanding papers and will commend them.
Other Matters
There is no registration fee for this conference. Participants will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses. The conference organizing committee will use the reply forms to confirm attendance and make arrangements accordingly.
